Well. The legacy of Ambrose vs Rollins was a lot of trash matches that even pissed Vince off.
I'd say transitive property says, if this match with Omega is better than that low bar, Rollins gets his answer if he's better than Omega or not.

They had ambrose vs rollins on a ppv in a regular match and heel winning clean
