I Lost 25lbs In April :ahh:

BUT I Was Basically On My Caveman shyt

Ate Fruits, Nuts (No Mo), And Drank Water All Day, Then A Healthy Dinner At Night With Alot Of Protein, No Snacks, No Sugar, No Bread, No Eating After 9, Walked A Little Over 2 Miles A Day.

In May I Got Back To Regular Healthy Eating

Still Walk But Also Jog, Added Some Weight Training And I Only Lost 5lbs :noah:

It Sucks But At Least It's Coming Off :manny:

That Diet In April Was Tough But It Gave Me The Boost And Confidence To Keep Going

roughly 15 at the start of my cut

losing more than 3lbs a week probably indicates more water loss than "tissue" lost(IE fat or muscle)

I lost 60lbs but it was not healthy. I essentially made a bet and only drank fluids for 1 month. I've never looked so good in my life. I did pass out 4 times(2 times during RPM class at the gym).

But nygga my digestion was on point for a month after that.. I took the liver and colon detox kits, and i would sh!t 3 times a day.

well i was pretty fukkin big at one point in my life lost like 41 pounds doing a crazy 50 cent type routine wasn't really a healthy way to do it either but i was fukking determinant
