Okay so they kinda snapped on this last episode
Garou bodied them clowns. The action was on point
Animation and artwork still an absolute shell of itself but this was the best so far. Garou is that dude. He just vicious with it. Its like, he gets that "main anime character" level of endurance and determination but he a goon though.

Only one more episode left, weird considering there's no clear ending point with the story arc they showing right now. Like, it's kinda inevitable they'll leave it with a big cliffhanger. I hope Season 3 doesn't take long and gets at least the level of animation of the past two episodes
