I did 100 burpees yesterday but definately not in a row. I make sure that i jump to my feet like a surfboard jump and then leap in the air. I just do 10 sets of ten. Its getting a lot easier though but then again i do them 3 days a week so :manny: Its nothing. Almost ready to begin bjj training. :blessed:

Probably took me 40 minutes. In 2 weeks im going to do 5 sets of 20 instead of 10 sets of 10. Friends have things to do.

Are you actually doing a full push up and then jumping on the way up with each burpee? I see a lot of people doing half assed burpees for the sake of saying they can do a lot of them, but if you had em do the full push up and then jump, they're done after a hand full.

When you keep the number in your sets lower you can focus more on form. When you do bjj its a lot easier.

People do actually eat only one meal a day. I don't know how they do it AND be very active. Guessing you snack or whatever through the day and then have a big meal to get your daily calories in?

I usually have no breakfast, eat a big lunch and have a light dinner like a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich or some cereal. I think its just genetics.

I can do that without much effort, one big meal and a sandwich or cereal. Never really eat breakfast anyway. Just can't do it while being very active (running miles, boxing). Guess a body just adjusts to it.

dont really snack cus we got no food in the house. one trick i learned is have a stack of chewing gum at all times. it tricks your body into thinking its eating :russ:

can keep you full for hours :blessed:

My wife knows its BJJ season. Im getting restless and i need to train so after all the aerobics classes are done at the gym i usually pop in there and get these burpees in. There arent many people there around that time so i can push myself without pressure. It feels awkward working out with people all in my area. Between sets im just standing there pacing back and forth, breathing, staring at myself in the mirror so i dont accidently stare at some young ladies buns.

@yo moms you're still a teenager so it's probably why you don't notice.

But eating one meal a day you're losing muscle and it's being replaced by either fat or water.

Your power will be :flabbynsick: and so will any type of explosiveness.

You'll notice it in a few years.

That's cause you are 18. At your age, I used to run 2 miles before soccer practice.
