a buddy of mine goes to a gym where they do shyt like this (not cross fit, but I guess it's something similar).
But they did 7 minutes of burpees ... dude said the class record was something like 120-140. INSANE.
I tried it and I don't think I got to 100.
Maybe I'll see how long it takes me to get to 100 -- been focusing on lifting lately (some jump rope), so I'll see where I'm at.

i eat one meal a day. and thats whatever my mom cooks for dinner. we cant afford to be eating a lot.
plus all the boxing and roadwork i do im in better shape than the majority of the country.

im not trying to gain muscle at all. in boxing you try to stay at the lowest weight you can unless you want to be fighting naturally bigger people.

no i wont. ive been boxing for 2 years and ive put wight on since i started. i now fight in a higher weightclass than when i had my first fight. its hard enough to stay down here as it is. i have to run like 5 miles a day to keep at this weight.
