The ones like the lady subject of this thread are not Fulanis but Kanuris and Shuwa Arabs.

Fulanis are usually dark, skinny and tall. A lot of them have intermarried with Hausas. In Nigeria for example, they're indistinguishable.

Do you know how much intermarriage among ethnic groups there is among West Africans? It is pretty common. In fact she was even detailing that her grandmother was from different West African ethnic groups. So it is very common.

Especially from Fulanis. Them nikkas intermix heavier than a mofo amongst different ethnic groups in West Africa

Most Kanuris are infact in Nigeria (Borno State in particular)

It doesn't. Fulanis are known based on recent studies to have a good amount of Ancient North African/Berber admixture. However that North African admixture is indigenous. Also on Ancestry.com a clearly pale skinned Moroccan can be "100% North African" when we all know Moroccans and other Maghrebis have significant admixture.

West Africans are very diverse. And I remember making a thread saying the Fulani had among the baddest in Africa and no one believed me lol. Anyways OP Amcestry.com doesn't dig down deep into ethnic groups ancestry. What I mean is that they "reset" ancestors if that makes sense.

Which is one of the major reasons why Imma go with AfricanAncestry instead once I commit to it
