This thread got me reconsidering:ehh:

I always considered it a trash year also. I even stopped listening to new rap music the next year. There were some decent to great albums in 2007...

Kanye West - Graduation
Jay-Z - American Gangster
Blu & Exile - Below the Heavens
Lupe Fiasco - The Cool
Common - Finding Forever
Ghostface Killah - The Big Doe Rehab
UGK - Underground Kingz
Scarface - Made
Prodigy - Return of the Mac
Young Buck - Buck the World
Devin the Dude - Waitin' to Inhale
Freeway - Free at Last
Chamillionaire - Ultimate Victory
Styles P - Super Gangster (Extraordinary Gentleman)

and a lot of albums ranging from underwhelming to pure garbage.

DJ Drama - Gangsta Grillz: The Album
Birdman - 5 Star Stunna
B.G. & the Chopper City Boyz - We Got This
Beanie Sigel - The Solution
Wu-Tang Clan - 8 Diagrams
Gucci Mane - Back to the Trap House
8Ball & MJG - Ridin High
Chingy - Hate It or Love It
Playaz Circle - Supply & Demand
Soulja Boy - souljaboytellem.com
Mims - Music Is My Savior
T.I. - T.I. Vs. T.I.P.
Tha Dogg Pound - Dogg Chit
DJ Khaled - We the Best
Fabolous - From Nothin to Somethin
Swizz Beatz - One Man Band Man
Twista - Adrenaline Rush 2007
Gorilla Zoe - Welcome to the Zoo
Boyz n da Hood - Back Up n da Chevy
50 Cent - Curtis
Yung Joc - Hustlenomics
Kia Shine - Due Season

:hhh:

Don't let this thread fool you. It wasn't all good.

Trust me I remember the trash, but in highlighting the trash over the years I forgot about the heat:banderas:
