I dont know if i agree with him entirely,

While i like his writing style it based somewhat on his own perception. Im gassed to take his assertions with a grain of salt. Once doing research.

I would have to co-sign and agree with the "healthy" statement as statisitics have just about shown this. plus with the fast=food culture and process foods.

Much of the rest is imo of his mere opinion, contigenet of who you are, your personal view(s), lifestyle,etc.
