I have a job now that generates plenty of passive income, doesn't mean I'm going to stop.
Don't work, get rid of your car, do a lot of drugs.

man f_k this, i grew up homeless.... worked at 14.... you can have side sh!t til it get good you dont turn down that income for sh!t..... wheres a 24/7 income spot in the hood without start up money....... job or illegal..... street n!ggas aint buyin into stupid sh!t, we know what it is.....

i made 6 figures last year pre-tax. i highly doubt I'll find something w/o a job that pays me that much and allows me to relax as much as i do currently at work.
plus i got health insurance. i'd be willing to NOT have a job if i could do a proper risk assessment and weigh the pros and cons.
but all these bloggers do is state the obvious, get you riled up, and not provide answers.[/CENTER]

I don't think you understand how real estate brokerages work...
You hang your license somewhere and go out and get your own business then give a cut to the broker... It's nothing like a real job and the broker isn't my boss...
You don't have to spend any time in the office and you are only paid on commission... It's a side hustle
But this thread isn't about me... It's about the alternative lifestyles out there that society discourages
