Rhode Island is a pretty decent state. Tons of good beaches, Providence has a great night life and is pretty vibrant, its 45 minutes from Boston and just over 2 hours from NYC

WTF?! How is my homestate, Tennessee, on this list, but North and South Dakota, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Maine are not?! We have Nashville, which is a great city. Knoxville is str8 too. Memphis is ok, just wouldn't want to live there. Hell, even Chatt ain't that bad.

Supposedly those states have healthy economies plus there's not that many minorities in those states if any at all

I have lived and currently live in two states on the list. Just off that alone I trust the list to be thorough.

Nothing depressing about Delaware.

It's centrally located on the Eastern seaboard. Manhattan is a 2 hour drive north. Washington is a 2 hour drive south. Baltimore is a hour drive. Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Ocean City is 2 hours away. Delaware Beaches is 1 hour & 30 minutes away. Pretty bytches, no taxes, cheap rent, close enough to commute to multiple major cities but, far enough away to chill & relax in the cut. I can leave my house right now & be in Philly by 12:30.
