A: None of his business unless he puts his hands on you. Even then....he doesn't HAVE to do anything
B: Unlike what people are insinuating, if he approaches the guy, the dude might actually get violent with him, whereas you likely could have gotten away with it. Why get beat up or shot over what is generally harmless behavior?
