before i go in on fury vs wilder 3 gotta talk about the undercard

hernandez vs j rock was a tough fukking fight and j rock lost that fight...either he needed a softer opponent or 154 is no longer his division..but he took several steps back

will catch berlanga vs coceres tomorrow

big baby understood the assignment and got rid of the padded record tereshkin

kownacki didnt learn shyt from his knockout loss...kownacki got badly softened up...by a faded helenius no less...he never recovered from that arreola fight

i was so heated with ajagba vs sanchez...ajagba had no plan b and couldnt will himself to go into second gear..sanchez was stinky but he won that fight clean with a KD no less..sanchez is the HW prospect going forward it seems..ajagba needs a shake up in his camp right NOW

Honestly think fury looks beatable, hes not moving as well as he used too. Wilder just doesn't have any boxingg skills
he is beatable breh...but wilder was not the one to do it..even though he had extra factors to help him out for the first 2 fights :smh:

the only reason why fury vs wilder took place was because wilder didn't want to face whyte who was his mando and "cherry picked" a fury who was not in ideal condition

Wilder the only man who can put Tyson fury on the ground for any period of time in the heavy weight division, no shame in losing to the better boxer who has the reach and size advantage. there is no other heavy weight than can hurt tyson fury :yeshrug:
If Steve Cunningham can drop Fury I'm sure other fighters like Joyce and AJ can also. Wilder has monstrous power so that is going to give any fighter issues if they don't know how to neutralize it. Wilder has been outboxed by lesser fighters than Fury.

Honestly if I'm Wilder, I retire. He could come back and probably do well against the majority of heavyweights, but why bother? It won't get any better than this for him. He took a lot of punishment and went out like he wanted to in a loss against the best in the world. I'm not sure what he could come back to. Or what he would be looking to prove.

People are gonna analyze this fight to death...but I just think the better man won. That's all there is to it. You could've said he should've came in lighter, worked on his legs, etc. I don't think it would've mattered what he did. Wilder for all his faults may have been the only person who COULD beat Fury (because of his power) when it comes to the current HWs. He almost got him out of there in the 4th. But Fury using this kronk style is gonna make fights damn near impossible for his opposition.

I still hate him but it is what it is.

Maybe AJ can get his shyt together but I don't think Usyk can handle his size.

Nah he's more athletic by far and has better footwork

Wilder circles the wrong way, flat footed, and with his hands down. That's easy as fukk for someone like Fury

fury has been boxing since he was a child, wilder didn't start until he was 20 years old.

fury was able to develop into his body, and has a ton of muscle memory because he was practicing at a young age.

If wilder would have got into the sport young, and developed his fundamentals he would have been pretty much unstoppable.

Also didn't want to face AJ. I side with AJ but I felt that Wilder had a very good chance at stopping AJ because of how stationary AJ was at the time.

but my thoughts on fury vs wilder 3

as i said we were not suppose to get this fight or joshua vs usyk...we were suppose to get the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world this year :beli:

wilder needed a tune up to work out wrinkles and give his style a test

wilder needed a vet trainer who could really shake up his camp and give him tough love not somebody who he sees as his brother

malik scott should have never been put on this stage. malik scott was doing personal training to washed up IG chicks who blew up in weight prior to this

nothing i saw in those videos they put out showed me anything significant thing he was working on

fury is beatable...he came in sloppy but his advantage is he has fought around that weight but he got even more careless..a sharper puncher or decent puncher would have made his life hell..wilder boxing IQ was too low to capitalize..if whyte is the person who faces fury next, he will give fury fits

wilder still has a very potent right hand and nothing else in his punch skillset...ive mentioned A LOT over the years...when his physical gifts start fading...which it is..it will be a wrap...said this before

wilder bulking even heavier than his last fight was detrimental to him..and his legs were still stick figure..his biggest strength was being a lean wiry fighter cuz he had plenty of stamina

it was still a great little 5 knockdown brawl..fury is still chinny but wilder's punch resistance took a hit...he got softened up even more...his handlers need to be very careful who they put him in the ring with going forward

wilder's legacy took a hit...this is how he will be remembered..its going to be hard to reinvent who he is at 35-36

wilder though is a tough tough man...very tough man and went out on his shield...i can appreciate the heart and determination to still nearly put fury away with 2 short 6 inch right hands...damned good effort

:dwillhuh:but everyone knew that though. Wilder's plan wasnt to win on points.

Idk what yall were expecting. He was never going to outbox Fury or even attempt to, hes not that guy. It was either end him with the right hand or die trying. Its his only chance at victory. It nearly worked but it didnt.
:dwillhuh:
Bruh, that's what I'm getting at. How can you rate someone so highly when their only chance at winning is by KO?

Once he got a new trainer, I thought that trainer was gonna teaching him how to box, better gameplan, condition, especially working on his stamina but in the first rounds he was being aggressive and I was like "Wilder will get tired as usually if he doesn't knock Fury ass out" and he was already gassed in 2nd round.

I will be honest, Wilder boxing IQ is not that smart.

I don't understand boxers who have the reach, athleticism, and speed that don't take advantage of their jab, the jab sets up everything else!
Breland tried to tell y’all he is unreachable n nikkas swore by the bullshyt footage w him n Malik training

got damn me breland footwork at 60 is better than wilders in all 3 fights

it’s a reason it took wilder long as it did to win that one fight anybody can fight but u need to learn how to box too

he fought trash men

he could never took the path Joshua did n get the 3 titles

Joshua chin is suspect but Joshua is a decent boxer

breland was the best person for wilder .. he comes from the same camp he knows the flaws of Emmanuel Stewart’s teaching hell he had a career using it

I mean 30plus fight and wilders footwork is trash n his bread n butter is telegraph

fury way more athletic than wilder .. head movement footwork the feints knows when to press.. using his weight .. his combos has English to them .. he is cerebral too

That got damn man is 6’9 damn near 300 n uses every corner of the ring

yet he isn’t athletic

AJ looks washed and Usyk has more skill and footwork than Fury but everything else favors Fury. That's a mismatch. We can't go back to get 2016 AJ again. It's like 1989 Mike Tyson.
