This is some bullshyt. If both fighters are vaccinated, a round of testing and quarantining as necessary should be enough to knock this off. Additionally, I think I remember Fury saying that he's been training since we'll before this fight came together, so having to rearrange things a bit shouldn't be an issue.

If this shyt gets postponed, there's no mistake it's due to Fury trying to avoid this fight. There's more than enough time to implement new protocol to ensure this fight still happens by the 24th. I didn't see anything in those "sources" that said Fury got COVID himself. Kick whoever got COVID out the camp and move the fukk on.

If this is true and I can see some other shyt happening with Fury and he pulls out altogether, it’s gonna be like history repeating itself with Fury and his mental issues.

At this point with so much at stake, everyone’s camp should be fully vaccinated and COVID shouldn’t even be such a threat to delay this.

The trilogy fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder is still set to take place on 24 July despite a coronavirus case in the WBC world heavyweight champion's camp.

Champion Fury, 32, has been training in Las Vegas to prepare for their eagerly-awaited bout at the T-Mobile Arena.

A confirmed Covid-19 case within his team has led to some reports that the date of the encounter may change.

But after consulting medical experts, organisers are yet to adjust the date.

"We continue to monitor the health status of Tyson and his team and the status of the event has not changed to date," said promoters Top Rank.

Hopefully all of this was just Mike Cappinger getting shyt wrong again...hopefully :francis:
