What's wrong with that? I'm still learningšŸ˜…
good question..the shoulder roll when used against a righty is supposed to move you away from your opponent..the rear or power hand (thrown from their right) is deflected or rolled off...against a lefty the shoulder roll moves you into their rear hand, which is the left hand...doing that you risk getting blasted with a power shot from their rear hand you're not ready for or can handle..if your upper body movement and speed is exceptional you may get away with from time to time...floyd sometimes would do this but he typically he fought lefties a little differently..best example of someone using a shoulder roll wrong against a lefty and getting punished for it - andre berto vs robert guerrero 1

Mikhailovich rolling that way was so awkward (to put it politely) that he actually had some success with the straight right and lefts he threw off of it.

Janibek was somewhat befuddled by how shyt and unusual it was lol.

To Mikhailovich's credit he kept his head on the left in the clinches quite a bit, but that and a strong will are probably the only positives I can give him from an ugly, retro 1920's fight. Janibek did his thing though.

Back to New Zealand kid, change teams and move overseas. Get with Joseph Parker and learn to jab or something lol.
