I disagree with that, especially a championship fight.
Dude was out. Good stoppage.
That said I don't care enough about either to be really emotionally involved in arguing it. So it is what it is.

I normally stay away from saying someone was bailed out by power but yeah this is definitely a case of it tonight. Machado is so green and as awkward as Corrales is i think they still need to make a lot of changes to Machado's game long term.

Boys acting like Andrade didn’t just get in there with a Defensive End. Just moved up from 54 and fighting somebody at 180 with 79 reach. He still hurt Fox a few times.

Corrales was shaky at the 10 count and appeared ready to go...also don't have a lot of sympathy for fighters who get up as the ref is counting 10 and act surprised when the ref stops it.
I can't stand Jack Reiss as a ref, but the one thing I do like what he does is call fighters out on their BS when they pull the I will stand in the middle as you say 10 so it doesn't look like I am quitting. With that in mind maybe the ref shoukd have given Corrales a chance to walk forward and see how much his legs were under him...but Corrales took that risk and paid the cost.
