Sassy Southern Belle was her NXT and Flair baby mama gimmick. She didn't change it until after she came back from pregnancy, then they tried to G.I. Jane her 5 different times. It was over after that failure.

Yup, had Lacy not actually gotten pregnant, then being Charlotte's step mother could've actually made Chuck a somewhat entertaining straight man (emphasis on "man").
Lacey should've returned from maternity leave with the southern belle gimmick. "Ya nasty" worked for her.
