They are definitely running Roman vs Cody II at WM. Cody proved himself with his performance last time, and whether he loses or wins at 40, WWE has decided that he can be a part of carrying a main event spot for Wrestlemania two years in a row.

This is all about finding a way to involve Cody in the Bloodline storyline. They are slow burning something here. They paired had him "bring" Jey to RAW and paired them up together so that they would have an excuse for Cody to stare down Roman and then have Jimmy interfere so that Cody/Jey lose the titles. It basically is pulling Cody back into the family business again.
