Cody is way more interesting in an actual feud with a story and structure than he is facing the indie darling of the week.

Starks and Kingston were both great pickups, who happened to be available after really good matches, but personally, I'd much rather see Cody face off with one major threat at a time. He does the melodrama that comes with that really well.
