I’m not trynna shyt in HBO Max. It’s a dope streaming platform. It’s just it’s the 6th best out there.

So no, if I had an agenda…. I wouldn’t bury it….. I want to praise HBO Max and talk then up so high. So in turn when I praise the others I can acknowledge how greater they really are

All this period did is further prove that going to the movies is only worthwhile for movies Endgame level. Otherwise your just getting ripped off overpaying for food, being inconvenienced by loud people kicking the back of your chair or taking up your arm rest.

before coronamania my movie theater routine had to get perfected to a science just to get the best experience.

I’d pick the same theaters with the power recliners and reserved seating. The movie I would see would have to have been in theaters for at least a month so everyone saw the shyt already and there was little demand.

then I’d go on some random ass day in the middle of the week in the early afternoon or a 10pm showing and look at the seating chart online to see if seats filed up. Usually it would be me and like 5 people there so it was all good.

before i pulled up I’d go to 5 Napkin (or wherever), order food to go and walk right in with my food. fukk paying for concession pizzas and popcorn. get to my seat and put my shyt on the seat next to me, recline and then eat while the movie is on

after a while I perfected this but it’s a pain having to go thru the logistics solely for trying to avoid annoying ass people. I’m happy with a 4K HDR big ass TV and my own power recliner at home.

In The Heights - no interest in seeing this..not a fan of musicals
The Many Saints of Newark - Good
King Richard - Havent watched yet
Cry Macho - Meant to watch it but forgot even though I'm not a western type of guy
Reminiscence - Boring
Those Who Wish Me Dead - Some nice kills but it was kind of lame
