The only reason why blacks have a higher "rate" than others is because they are in a "high risk" group and they go to federally funded clinics(free clinics) more than other groups which need to have people sick so they can get money. They just put high percent numbers on articles for sensationalism because once you look deeper you see it's small groups and high risk taking groups and not just everyday black people or anyone for that matter, at least in this country

Plus a lot of white women and asian women can afford their own private doctor so it's less likely their information would be included with most of the statistics these studies get their information from. I even read an article where private doctors don't return forms to the cdc on who is infected.
You have to remember it cost MONEY to test people so they go by a group to which someone may belong to see if they should be tested. If they tested everyone they would be broke you smart dumb ass.
I'm not stating HIV is not bad with us but you make it sound like it's all over the place with blacks here and not with other groups when in REALITY it may be worse but considering they are not put into certain risk groups no testing is done unless they show symptoms that can't be explained with some other sickness.
