1.Coinbase > Gdax
2.Gdax > Binance

Coinbase owns gdax they are essentially the same. There is no charge to move money from coinbase to gdax and its cheaper to move money from gdax to other exchanges instead of coinbase to other exchanges.

A lot of coins are still down from where they were; BRD is 1.44, VEN 4.80. Just looking at binance it's mostly the sub 1.00 coins that are moving. You should still be able to buy at a discount.
