@Perfectson I've had a e-sports gambling idea on my list for some time now, but one thing that stopped me is how would they get around IP laws?

I could throw more but gotta follow some sortve formula with what I got. To protect myself from failure. Why these ICOs shytting on the US so bad?

lol, to be hoenst, it's not the ICO , it's the SEC /regulations. And probably for the best, since many of these are scams and would never pass the registration test. SEC in their eyes are protecting citizens from throwing money away to scammers. Meanwhile, we are like "its our money let us lose it if we want to".

I don't and won't. If they don't want US investors then I move on - when/if they don't hit targets they may change their mind. But these are the ones that I liked based on my research. And if I can get family outside of America to register I will go that route and fund them. THere's only one I liked that much , which is medicalchain

It's not them, it's the SEC that's giving issues to many ICOs. They want a lot of them to be accredited investors. That's not an issue to get around if they don't ask for a KYC.

Don't forget to look into this? I don't see the potential but if it's a pre sale with no reqs

Guap :why::gucci::snoop:

Nevertheless I'm keeping an open mind/eye as I think this is probably the greatest opportunity to redistribute black wealth in US history

Anyone else who can see that belongs at the table

Guap though:gucci:

i'm not a lawyer but i would think betting on two combatants and the outcome of a game shouldn't infringe on IP. Similiar to online bookies (though i don't know the full dynamics on that either).

well, gonna get some family out the country to help me with medical chain ico

5,000 usd initial investment
Holy shyt. @Malta what was the initial investment for Nucleus?
I think it's 5k for presale, not the ICO. It doesn't matter anyway because majority of these don't allow US residents to participate. You look at the banned list and it's usually North Korea, Syria, Iran, US :mjlol:

Telcoin was 0.3 minimum and Nucleus should be .1 minimum I think.

The main reason is a lot of people are making money hand over fist so they aren't protecting us as much as they are trying to prevent us from banking. It's too easy to lose money on these exchanges. It's not that easy to lose in an ICO if they at least make it to an exchange.

the issue is the AML and KYC , some of the reptuable ICO's are doing these and that's where you either have to lie on the forms which can put you at risk for a lot of legal issues or have someone outside the country fund it.

the less viable ICO's aren't doing KYC but I wouldn't invest in any of those anyway

I've been thinking there is a space for a black centric coin, would give an opportunity to show the power of the black dollar, however a coin called guap ain't it. But then again its a catchy name to capture a specific level of the black population so may be worth an investment.:jbhmm:

But I am sure something more credible sounding will come along the way. Wish we knew how to do so.

we will see this year...when the pool becomes congested that's when you will see more scams and failures. it's like the penny stock game in the 80's, people were making money hand over fist, then it got congested...same with dot.com.

Im hoping to pick some viable ones based on people behind it , larget market cap in reserve, and tech and like you say once it gets to the exchange - hoping I can get enough to pull out my principal and let the rest ride.

Most of these coins have shyt names, I don't see how "Guap" is any worse than a lot of the coins we've been discussing throughout this thread :yeshrug:

How would they automate that unless they had access to STEAM or whatever service's API? When I was thinking through the idea the only implementations i could think of was self-reporting(no), using actual judges(no) or do it through an application that plugs into their services, which I'm figuring they would not just DO without giving up a significant portion of your ownership/profits. Plus using the service (in this case game) to do things without the approval of the publisher/developer would get you a cease and desist real quick. Just my research, would love to see how this happens though.
