1) always check the last price bought/sold before you set the buy price
2) possibly your order was only filled 5% or so, people are literally selling you shares so someone might have sold 3% worth of the total ECA you want

Ignore the delta app, the price is incorrect for ECA for some reason, I'm having the same issue. I think you're fine, check your trade history on coinsmarket to confirm.
