ICX is the Korean ethereum, he put the bag up cause Koreans support their own and realistically it could be $100-200 by the end of the year, they're launching mainnet on Jan 31st. I wish I could have been in that ICO cause 2500 ICX was being sold for 1 eth, which at the time was about $400

so what is the technical white paper on ECA, what's the utility, and POC. I'm assuming you have a copy of all this, since you're inferring this is a long term hold and buy and gaurantee it will be successful.
