That’s a capital gain, so now you owe taxes on that. :laugh:
  • Sell crypto in 2024, owe taxes in 2025
  • Sell 2025 crypto to pay for 2024 taxes
  • Now owe taxes on that crypto in 2026
Avoid selling your crypto for taxes if you can help it.

Sorry I may have asked before, but what are your thoughts on the coins (being) associated with ISO20022? Think they are going to be approved/used, and actually run?

Admittedly, I haven’t been into the fundamentals of these projects in God knows how long. I mostly trade perpetuals these days, so your guess is as good as mine on this one.
