Get a phantom wallet if investing in Solana coins, I use crypto.com and then send my ETH/SOL from there to Phantom to make purchases and just do it in reverse when I want to cashout. I don't touch BNB because it seems to volatile + seems like rug central, ironically people say the same about SOL coins but i've had nothing but good experiences with those and ETH ones especially ETH Base in which case you def need a Coinbase wallet to purchase Base coins.

Just add the BASE network to your metamask and you can buy BASE coins on uniswap or sushiswap
