Somebody just spent 18 eth on that Will Smith coin. Imagine spending over 60k on a random coin created after a celebrity slap incident at an awards show when there are people not even making that much for an annual salary. Some might say that person is crazy, I say I hope to one day be rich enough to spend money foolishly like that. As well as to donate large amounts like that as well.

Daaaammn, papa surf wasnt lying about Waves.
That shyt hit over $50? :gucci: It was like 9 bucks a few months ago.
I've had a handful sitting in one of my wallet from years ago that I just left there because it wasn't worth selling. WTF

the project has always been great on its own merit regardless of price action…they make creating your token extremely easy…I remember some controversy from 2017 when someone created a racist token on their platform and WAVES shut it down when it gained popularity…it’s good to see it reaching its potential in value, granted it would’ve been even better if I had some lol…sometimes I don’t have the patience waiting for these coins to pop tho

One can only assume people like that caught a major lick and that 60k is just really small partial profits from something else as opposed to hard earned money lol.

Some whales have very strange behaviour i see those crazy type of buys where the chart already looks topped out, i'm in some crypto tg's and it isn't the first time i've heard that whales prefer to buy high then low due to high prices being a sign of stability. Sounds like amateur shyt to me :mjtf:

i used koinly
was freaked out giving access to my wallets ,but you get all your activity in detail.
kept thinking i am going to wake up one morning to empty wallets.
but all those damn buys and sells last year , I would still be doing my taxes in 2026
printed out my crypto 1040 and the 8949. You have to pay for the forms though . i think the price by # of calculated transactions.
only 3 tiers though.
gave it to my tax preparer, no issues

lol I’m officially done with trading stock…every time I move money over to the stock market to “diversify” my investments, I miss out on a decent-sized run—VET, TEL, RSR which I’ve been watching, all have had good runs where I could’ve doubled or come close to doubling my money

with stock I have to risk too much and the profit is just not worth it comparatively speaking…whereas with crypto I can risk less and make far more profit…stock trading can be very sophisticated/nuanced too which is stressful as hell…I feel more comfortable with crypto as there’s more room for error imo…anyway thinking out loud/end of rant…not knocking stocks or saying it has to be one or the other for other ppl…but I definitely feel like I’m better off just focusing on crypto

I agree, my stock market experience has largely been a negative one. Anytime crypto goes down it seems like inevitably it moves back up and if you invest on the down cycle heavily you're coming up with some nice profits. After I break even on AMC and GME I will exit swiftly.
