I use turbo tax and they let you upload the info from coinbase on there. Saw some other exchanges as well. Don't know if there's an income limit but it's subject to capital gains rates regardless. 0% up to 41k long term depending on filing status. Short term gets higher of course but other tax factors can lower any money due.

A bit early to tell but that close above the cloud and the black line curving up to the orange line has me optimistic. Of course that's a 4H chart so not as good as the daily but smaller timeframes turning bullish can lead into the higher ones doing the same. Gonna be interesting to see what the next 24 hours bring but it's had quite the bounce back since going below 2200 last week. A bounce or two off the top of the cloud would be good.
