Here's what will happen: ETH/BTC will make a new all time high. People will feverishly claim that the "flippening" is imminent. I might even give slight odds to a short lived flippening.
Then when all shytcoiners have sold their BTC bags a US Bitcoin ETF will be green lighted, all Fortune 500 companies will add BTC to their balance sheet, and every other alts will be left in the dust forever.
Sure, the casino will remain open and you'll still be able to make a fortune selling ponzi bags but everyone will cash out to BTC and in the process perpetually pump the bags of low time preference investors like me who allocate capital with foresight and not bandwagon economics.

I don't think anyone in here is throwing money they can't afford to lose into alts like feg, shiba, and SPE, etc - nor do we need them to even come close to a cent for significant profits to be made.
We all preach the same thing in here - the end game is to slide a chunk of your alt profits back into BTC/ETH long term (and quality projects like LINK, VET, etc as well) - but in the meanwhile there are huge gains to be made from the alt scene at the moment. Failing to diversify your portfolio and take advantage of that is a disservice to yourself.
