WHY DO YOU SAY THAT?
WHY DO YOU SAY THAT?
I have been telling people that eventually this will all trickle down to us.
I bet google is already something in the labs to try to make maps LIVE 24/7/365 across the globe.
100 years? more like 10 years.....did you not watch the video......all this shyt is possible RIGHT NOW with current technology......its just about getting it cheap enough that it can be more mainstream
ever heard of Moore's law? computing technology gets half as cheap and twice as powerful every 18 months or so......what that means is that the technology is advancing EXPONENTIALLY not linearly......our brains are NOT build to understand what exponential growth means......thus your reaction of believing this will take 100 years is understandable.....just think about it this way......
10 years ago the flip phone was the pinnacle of cell phone tech Evolution of Mobile Phones: 1995 2012
compare that to today and see how far cell phone technology has come......that is what exponential advance in computing technology looks like......we went from phones that could just place calls and send text messages to now having phones that have all the capabilities of personal computers in our palms
I can't imagine how far this technology will progress in just 10 years.....let alone 100.
thisThat is actually old tech, no way they're showing us the current iterations of that camera. Either way we are fukked, we need people to start developing anti-surveillance devices.
"basic features" ...damn. This is crazy nuts. Imagine though...your kid get's kidnapped and tossed into a car, they rewind to when it happens, follow the car, get your kid back...

if we're finding out about this then its old tech by now
last year the NRO donated 2 Hubble-like telescopes to NASA that were previously unknown to have existed and as the article says at the end "if the NRO has a couple of these Hubble-sized telescopes just lying around in a warehouse, so useless that the agency isn't even bothering to keep them as spares to say nothing of keeping them a secret, what does that imply about what the NRO has up in space right now?"
