Maybe I'm desensitized from living in TO for 10 years but the place looks great lol
You know I’ve always wondered what’s stopping folks from creating new cities, like let’s take the state of Michigan for instance they theoretically could have a couple big cities, rivaling places California
I guess maybe we don’t want that many people living by the Great Lakes but still, and you can say the same for Wisconsin, Cleveland can be a way better city
You probably could say it’s several layers in the Canada and Greenland talks the past couple weeks, surface level it’s just some bullshyt for trump to say and a slick way of trying to get some money up out of them, then you got security reasons in the arctic, but you also have the fact that those lands will be the most habitable in the futureClimate change is going to eventually push people out of Cali, out of Florida, out of TX, out of the SW and towards the Great Lakes (and north east states)
10 years?
30 years?
It will happen, because the powers that be are going to "drill baby drill".
Green as all hell Norway, approved 100+ wells last year. It's not just Trump n'nem.
I'm sayin' get the property first and start at the bottom.I don’t know if citizens got the bread to really make moves like that, especially black folks unless they was like a big group of high earners who decided to live together in certain areas
It seems like the easiest path is if the gov subsidizes the movement and improvements
You could do wayyyy better for 1.7 in Chicago.
Way better.
I'm definitely the wrong person for that.Show us a better industrial style loft, I'm interested.
