Climate change is going to eventually push people out of Cali, out of Florida, out of TX, out of the SW and towards the Great Lakes (and north east states)

It seems like the easiest path is if the gov subsidizes the movement and improvements

I'm sayin' get the property first and start at the bottom.
Build a community and start small businesses. Internet can make a lot of business easier.
Do we have high earning black people willing to live in low-income areas as an investment and not a lick?
Start at the bottom and learn how to control your areas. Strategy. Black people gotta be honest with themselves and each other.
Do they want to work together and live together to build something for future generations of black people?
Millennials are the second generation after the CRM, what does Black America have to show for it chasing government subsidies?

See, we doubt ourselves before starting the work because of what's been done to us.
And we allow ourselves to be talked out of doing the work it takes to build for us.
Meanwhile, everybody else getting their weight up in their businesses, education, jobs, finances, political representation... what about us?
What are we doing as a group? Okay, we not a monolith. How has that benefitted us as a group?
We can't stay waiting on government subsidies to do for us what we need to do for ourselves.
Public sector stay strapped for cash. Private sector dont.
What stopping us from getting some small businesses together and working with what we have to keep what we got and build on top of it?

Why are we always unsure about our potential as a group?
That's gotta stop.

What’s the stats on this? I hate massive places that are only something stupid like 2 bedrooms 2 baths. There needs to be a half bath for guests, and if only 2 beds in 3500 sq ft, there better be a dedicated gym room and home office. How you ain’t got at least 3-4 beds and 2.5-3 baths?
