Ultimate X was fine, sure seemed like the ending was an accident at the end though
Wouldn't be the first time that happened
Women's tag was predictably terrible, Su Yung is the worst in ring talent on any company's program. She can try to hide it behind her Great Kabuki bullshyt, but that's terrible, too. I mean, Kabuki's bullshyt was terrible almost 40 years ago. Allie and Kiera Hogan are not much better. Rosemary was legit unrecognizable. I actually thought it was going to be a fake out phony. Hard not to put on weight when you can't do cardio for 8 months
Eddie/Moose was fine, no one and nothing will ever get me to care about Eddie fukking Edwards, though.
It's fukk Sami Callihan forever.
Monster's Ball was fine, really quite surprised there weren't ECW bums hobbling out there to add to a long line of fukkery
LAX/Lucha Bros
KO match really did not need all that shenanigans with Gail Kim, even if it were to end up with Gail Kim coming out of retirement to put one of them over. Tessa wasn't "protected" with that finish, and it cheapened Taya's big win that was supposed to be some big moment.
Main event sucked tbh. Could not have looked more planned out move for move if they tried. That's a problem with Johnny his entire career, though. And to make it worse, most of it came off mistimed, slow, or flat on top of looking highly choreographed. And lmao at how botched the finish was.
Simulcasting Impact on Twitch is probably the best call they've made in a year, although asking for 15,000 subs in the next 3 months is pretty sad that that's how low the bar is for them at this stage. Also
