Dude people were marking out for the worm.

They just didn't know who Jake was, stop bytching.

It's been 18 years since he's been on WWE TV
:what:

are you serious?

how in the world can you be a wrestling fan and know Too Cool but not Jake the Snake?

fukk that non-deserving live crowd. Don't even know who Jake is, and prolly got to see the GOAT DDT after it went off the air :to:

Agreed but it's a problem when Billy Gunn and Road Dogg are getting these huge pops yet the Wyatts, Del Frio, etc. are getting crickets week after week

Wyatt's and Del Rio are pretty boring.

Bray's character is over-rated, only thing I like of them is Harper's wrestling style.

Del Rio is just a horrible character who no one cares about. They should have made that motherfukker the new Sin Cara

That's why they need to save nights like this for smark cities. IMO a number of returns in the past didn't have the full impact it should have due to the dead crowd. And the kids watching don't grasp the full impact because the crowd was dead. You do something like that in a smark city, the return will get a huge pop, and that pop will carry over to the crappy cities.

You can be under the age of 23, that's how.

Jake's prime was late 80;s early 90's.

He's been an ambarassment to the E For years now, so they kinda tried to not mention him much.

Too Cool was around in the early 2000's, Scotty was in the mid 2000s.

It's fairly simple, age.

there is no disputing todays so called superstars cant get over to save their lives. However its easy for a blast from the past to get a pop just off nostalgia (and appreciation said star is alive at all).If road dog/billy featured weekly the novelty would wear off much like with lesnar

This does need to be pointed out. There was something missing from this show..this crowd was halfway dead. They got alive for Flair and somewhat for Piper...got loud for Rikishi and chanted DDT at Jake the Snake....half popped for Punk but all of that pales in comparison to that usual main event or mid show HIGH ENERGY Daniel Bryan match that wakes up any crowd in any market. That wasn't here in this undercover mole storyline they are doing with him but it was noticable..especially for a 3 hour show that drags.

He's been gone since 96' and he doesn't get mentioned as much as other legends like a Flair or a Million Dollar Man.

You sure about that, you know the age of the crowd?

Cuase last time I checked they market to children more than anyone else.
Children attend WWE events on their own brehs.

they probly just hopped the bus down there and paid for tickets with their lunch money they saved

btw look at the crowd, majority of people are older than 23.

btw im not arguing with your retarded ass, you stay with some garbage ass posts

Actually he was on Raw back before WM 21 in that Highlight Reel with Blandy and Jericho..crowd went nuts for him in that segment and the male fans were chanting DDT tonight. Nobody was really over tonight except for Bryan and a few others. shyt..there was loud "Let's go NIKKI" chants..that's how weird that crowd was. If it was Philly, LA...a real city? It would of been one of the biggest pops in history. That's Jake the Snake Roberts...he put the foundation down for this shyt.
