Fantastic events. These days renew my enthusiasm for wrestling. Didn't care much for the jr. tag titles match and didn't watch Ibushi/White. What was the point of that.
So Suzuki is still with the company. I was kinda expecting he was on the way out, but just because I WANT A FUKKING STABLE SHAKE-UP. Every year I ask for the same. SANADA being the only one without gold will lead nowhere. Ingobernables will probably lose the 6 man titles tonight anyways.

Pretty good card. Weird seeing a WK card passed out with deep tag matches, but I understand why.
Okada/Ibushi, though........... it's amazing that Okada had these 35 minute plus matches, and most of the time, I hear the 20/25/30 minute call, and I'm surprised the match has been that long. Even though they're formulaic (plodding Okada match section, middle section where Okada wrestles the other guy's type of match, and insane finishing run), the formula is pure piff.
Looking forward to watching night two soon. NJPW really set a three day buffet for brehs, to the point that it's hard to keep up.

You wrong for these, you know that?Gotta watch day 2, but the way Naito's win and the post-match went down was just kind of ridiculous. They couldn't have had KENTA attack at New Year's Dash? Leave it to Gedo to still screw Naito out of his moment even when he actually decides to give him said moment.
