Nobody gives a fukk about seeing Taker/Cena at Mania because the streak has already ended. I doubt anyone cares about seeing them wrestle for just the title, you put his career on the line and then you have the "no way Taker loses he's always going to be at Mania". I don't think people will look at it like HBK/Flair but I might be wrong.
I haven't watched WWE in a very long time but if they did do this I would have to check for Mania, Cena/Taker title match wouldn't make me bat any eye, and I think half of the wrestling community feels the same...but again that's just my opinion.

At this point I'm starting to think the Miz is winning the Rumble and will face John Cena at the main event of Wrestlemania with Daniel Bryan as special guest ref. It's not something I'm really interested in seeing, but it just seems like something the WWE would do
