They could have used the Rumble to build up some of the young guys or give a splashy intro to the main roster to Nakamura and Joe.
Have Oldberg win it and headline WM.
But Orton winning it when he is in this dumb ass Wyatt Family angle makes zero sense and seems like a last minute decision.
ANd don't even see the point of having Reigns in it to just have him be more hated for eliminating Undertaker.
