On another note, Alvarado looked so bad last night it made me wonder if he gave this fight away because he's going to be going away for a little while. I don't know how he'll do with the gun charge in court, and he's already a felon. That's not looking good. That said, its like he said fukk it and let my friend enjoy this. That's probably not the case, but man he looked so bad last night. I felt sorry for him.

It's such a shame too cuz I enjoyed the Ramirez/Vlasov fight. Loved Ramirez's bodywork. That said, I was amped for a good main event. I enjoy a good knockout, but that was pitiful. Hate to see a man get dismantled like that, especially in his hometown.


I don't think Rios moving up is all that bad for a Cotto fight. I mean there was talk of Cotto and Floyd fighting again, and lord knows Floyd ain't rehydrating to where Cotto will be. Plus Cotto is over glorified as a middleweight. He beat a shot and shell of himself Martinez. Him and Roach knew they had a invalid and too advantage.
