Sad thing is I don't even think jrock underestimated him. Duke just was bigger with punching power. It was obvious rock was trying to get get back after his eye got cut. Not fighting smart. Needed to move and box more not trade as much until he was more comfortable with the eye.
Jrock got the skill but the chin been questionable since the charlo fight but he held up so well vs Hurd I thought he passed that.

Hurd isn't a slugger nor he has slugger power, he is a guy overwhelming you with size and volume, mostly. Charlo and this dude, Rosario do have that kind of power. It's like J Rock wouldn't wanna accept that he won't be the harder puncher in the ring everytime, he keeps trying to trade when it's obvious from the outside that the opponent's punches affect him more than his punches the opponent. You could tell from round 1-2 that he gonna get knocked out if he trades with this guy.

Yeah, idk how Hurd's come forward, volume punching style gonna work against a guy like this, has Hurd faced a legit slugger before? He is hittable and he might not wanna exchange with this guy. Hurd is tough though, seemed to have a solid chin. Would be an exciting fight.
