I think after the Algieri and Bundu level of fighters - so not elite but stronger fringe contenders/guards - taking on the best ones is the logical next step and he is every bit of ready you will see... Even if he loses to Brook (I don't think he will but...) it won't be some shutout.

Chaves went missing after the Bradley fight and just came back recently, two gimme fights in Argentina. Idk why do you think that at this point he would be any step up fro Spence in competition.

Ali... He got whacked by Vargas I don't think he would be a step up from the Algieri/Bundu level
Vargas... a TR fighter, and even though Haymo and Arum are cool on paper now they still prefer to match up fighters from their stable with each other.
Plus as I said he won an IBF eliminator, he shouldn't wait for more test matchups now, time for the deep water
those are your opinions, i disagree, Algieri is a non entity at 147, Ali and Vargas are legit guys at 147 atleast titlist, all 4 i listed are superior to algieri as profiessionals.
