The NWA/WCW TV title was the perfect midcard belt to elevate dudes and show they were ready for that next step up in the roster.

Like it did for Steamboat, Valentine, Muta, Scott Steiner, Benoit, Booker T etc.

That would be the perfect type of title for Santana once he went solo.
