I think Bill worked them out by the end... I hope Hook didn't take it to heart too much
The crowd just decided to be dikks for the match - the more Bill tried to heel, the more they treated him as a babyface.
This is why you don't give British crowds filler-cards. If we've paid for a night out we're gonna get drunk and MAKE SURE we have fun even if promoter doesn't

They were going through everyone at ringside chanting "Give us a wave, Give us a wave, Satnam Satnam, Give us a wave" then when he gave them a wave they moved on to the next guy.
