I've thought this for a minute too.

He has more of a reputation as a top of the card guy than Hangman does. I like the idea of Page having to work as the underdog to beat his former partner who has this incredible resume to his name, before he finally gets to be champion himself.

I could just as easily see him becoming Brodie's executioner in The Dark Order on some wild anime shyt though

They really have the opportunity to have two “main event” level storylines if they book the TNT title the correct way. You can always have Mox and whoever is vying for the title (MJF, Cage, etc) just stay completely away from the Dark Order vs Elite stuff and have two completely different stories that can end the show on any given night

yeah I have my issues w aew but that was done perfect I would have preferred Brody to beat down cawdy a lil more during the match give him some Brock/Cena w powerbombs and lariatooossss

halfway thru it I was like "they gonna do it " then Arn getting the beats and Brandi getting choked out was just

simple storytelling man
