Where this ramp walk stip come from? Did they always have that in flag matches?

No, Ive seen a handful of flag matches over the years and the actual rules seem to be different match to match. It usually involves getting the flags off the pole, but Im pretty sure the last WWE flag match turned out to be a normal match and the stip was just whoever won got their flag draped and anthem played.
