AEW needs to stop giving world title matches to heatless nobodies. Or like, at least give them a storyline.

When you know how the match is likely ending, we need some storyline stakes so we can be invested.

Nobody though Rikishi was beating HHH but we CARED.

I don't understand the point of Brody King getting this shot at Moxley if it wasn't to kickstart a Moxley/Malakai Black feud for the title.
If it was just o give Moxley someone to beat with no storyline involved then it could've been just about anyone else in the battle royal.

AEW thing is to give fresh match ups. Which I cant really be mad at but they have to make sense of them. There arent that many rematches and when they do happen its spaced apart enough to where there’s significance to it

I do think it was way too early to split them though. They were all just getting over together and seemed to be tight outside of the ring too. They’d never split the elite so I don’t why they just had to split them….At least this soon anyway
