The reason Liv is always fighting Carmella because there is no one else. SD Women's division is literally 7 women.

There's 4 women on SD that aren't champs. Liv, Carmella, Bayley and Sasha.

Bayley and Sasha are not fighting Liv for no MITB spot.

They will likely just be added like Carmella.

No reason to add Nattie/Tamina in that match since they should be defending against Mandy/Dana.
