It won't happen. DMD is basically the female equivalent of Miz. She's the face of the company. She's the one in all the PR events & doing public appearances at sporting events.

They could have her take a period of time where she focuses on doing that Waiting Room interview segment like how Piper was doing Piper's Pit more than wrestling for periods of time before he's enter into a big program.
That way she's still on TV since TK is adamant about her getting tons of TV time.
