:mjcry::mjcry:I can't fukk with salt anymore shyt sucks trying to find a decent low sodium seasoning is hell. Nothing hits right. All the good bad food :rip:I can't even have bread.:upsetfavre:
First off, congrats on getting your health in order. It isn't easy, and it definitely isn't fun!, so props for putting in the work! I didn't mind cutting salt or deep fried foods, but sweets have a stranglehold on me. It sounds strange, but sugar withdrawal is physically similar to opioid withdrawal.

Thanks fam almost 2 months in it was rough at first but i got myself into a decent routine. A Gallon of water everyday:whew: salmon or chicken breast with some cauliflower, Cucumbers, Spinach or
Arugula. Eating every other day & just drinking water with an apple or some fruit the days i don't have a meal. Walking for at least 30 minutes daily & trying to workout a few times a week
Not super big sweets guy but ice cream, soda & juice had me fukk since my ass wasn't paying attention to the sugar & always copping a soda or juice everytime i got some food. Man I'm lucky don't have those
