I think they've countered that over the past two years. In recent years:

• Logan paul won US title
• Brock won Universal title
• Sami and KO vs Bloodline
• Damage ctrl won tag titles
• Roman faced Brock
• MITB was in the UK

now, to be fair this is backlash and other than 2000...nothing happens at backlash really. But they've had title changes and major stories in international PPVs. Saudimanias usually deliver now

I’m hoping the secondary belts change a lot more in the next year. Every belt having record title runs defeats the point

agreed. I'd also like Cody to have cena like title reigns where he loses for a couple months at a time but is still the top guy.

Everybody thinks Gunther is the Cody match...its actually REIGNS when he returns. Gunther vs Reigns as a babyface is money.
