interesting fact for those who don't know ....

the Fontainebleau in Vegas opened a little over a year ago .... but the place was constructed in 2007 and the 67-floor hotel was topped off in 2008, but has sat vacant due to bankruptcy.

from November of 2008 until December of 2023 it just sat there vacant
