I like the idea of a BCC Best Friends feud to start things off

It'll be a good feud. As corny as Best Friends are, they bring it in big matches. I wonder if OC will get healthy in time for it to be a trios match in the end.

Regal gonna backhand Sue :russ:

Thought Yuta should've went over, but damn what a match. :wow:

Nah, not yet. However they are protecting his image by letting him work these matches to make him creditable. Winning one over MOX, in a stable that is built around combat, would have required MOX to be laid out. The way how this goes, Yuta is going to unleash the Dark Hadou on Trent when it comes time to officially make him a part of BCC.

For the record he lost his matches but got over brehs.

no one can talk shyt about losing in AEW no more

Like I said last week, they've been incredible at establishing a level of hierarchy for BCC. It's more evident with Danielson because he's an a$$hole when he wrestles, but Mox has got it by being very dominant since November (rehab hiatus notwithstanding) and associating himself with Dragon.

The crowd basically sees Mox and Bryan 3 steps above anyone not in main event positions, and they wrestle like they 3 steps above those wrestlers. So showing defiance and a willingness to go strike for strike with them gets the crowd hyped up and behind the underdog more than your standard "he's showing fire" routine that we are used to seeing in North American wrestling.

It's a very puro thing that I'm pretty amazed they were able to establish in just 4 weeks of being a team, it's super impressive and will make matches were they faced "inferior" opponents way more compelling because you are gonna be waiting for that 1 wrestler to stand out and show out. Just like with a promising young lion in Puro :wow:

I wonder if he was actually hand selected by Bryan Danielson :jbhmm:

My guess is that Dragon's list was:

1.- Daniel Garcia. But Jericho probably convinced Tony that he should have him to make him work on stuff other than wrestling :heh:

2.- Yuta. He got it.

3.- Moriarty. Interested on why didn't work out, though I gotta say that Yuta was better at showing defiance than Lee.

Regal and Bryan are geniuses breh... :wow:

When you let great wrestling minds do their thing, magic happens :wow:

And what's great is that they have been not so subtle but still low key about Mox being the "outsider" of the group. Regal never goes with him to the ring, he doesn't commentate his matches and from day 1 it was Danielson who is "the best wrestler on the planet" and Mox "well he's cool too".

So far Mox is aligned and kinda agrees with Regal -and I expect that he will start being more pro-Mox- but the door is wide open for when they break them up (hopefully a year from now) in an all out bad ass war :blessed:
